At Bridges of Faith, our mission is to provide compassionate, clinical excellence in a supportive assisted living environment. Founded by Registered Nurses, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between professional healthcare and the warmth of home. Guided by our faith-based values, we honor the dignity of every resident through caregiver oversight, nursing staff on-call 24/7, expert onsite management, and a commitment to safety and spiritual well-being.

CO-FOUNDERS & REGISTERED NURSES

Sheila B. Lawson,

RN, MSN, CCM

​With over 25 years of experience in Critical Care, Geriatric Care/ Long-Term Term Care, Case Management and Utilzation Magement to include various leadership roles, Sheila co-founded Bridges of Faith to redefine the assisted living experience.
 
As a Registered Nurse, she believes that high-quality clinical oversight is the foundation of a safe home. Her vision was to create a sanctuary where medical professionalism meets spiritual grace, ensuring every resident receives the specialized attention they deserve.

​Destiny Raymond,

RN, BSN

Destiny brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and a deep commitment to faith-based service to the leadership team at Bridges of Faith. Having served in various healthcare leadership roles, she recognized the need for an assisted living community that prioritizes both 24/7 nursing availability and a "heart-first" approach to care.
 
Destiny is dedicated to ensuring that Bridges of Faith remains a place where families feel peace of mind and residents feel truly at home
